What Is The World is the brand new EP from Tommy Sunsets and next to his big two originals is a remix from Cotton Socks PsyTrain Mix.

Hailing from North London, QRUK label boss Tommy Sunsets is known for pushing genre boundaries from dark breaks to techno on the likes of 1980 Recordings, Chequered Wax and Point Black Music and more.

Opener What Is The World is built on heavy drums and has a rasping bassline that really brings the energy. The mood is dark and mysterious which keeps you utterly locked throughout. Extraction is a scintilating tune with bright synths lighting up the grooves above the drums. They drive home in sleek futurist fashion and vocals add to the hypnosis.

Last of all, What Is The World (Cotton Socks PsyTrain Mix) is a more twisted version with techno pulses and cosmic synths bringing brightness up top.
