Famed for his driving DJ sets, Belocca fuses industrial tones with a funky blend of techno for the soul, carving a niche signature sound which has seen the Hungarian amass the support of the finest names in the scene, including Carl Cox, Adam Beyer, Reinier Zonneveld, Marco Carola, Joris Voorn, Richie Hawtin, HI-LO, Joseph Capriati and many more.
Playing high-profile festival like Resistance Seoul & Beijing, Sziget and Balaton Sound in homeland Hungary and Sunrise Festival in Poland, Belocca has also performed globally in clubs and countries, such as: Epic Prague, Ritter Butzke, Thuishaven, Tivoli/Vredenburg, Arzenal, Japan, Mexico, Brazil, Spain, France, Croatia, Finland, Turkey, Germany, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Netherlands, Canada, Indonesia, South Africa, and London’s most iconic Ministry of Sound club. 2020 also saw Belocca perform online for Carl Cox’s Playground stage on Burning Man and for Dr. Motte’s Rave The Planet.
Creating a far-reaching impact on the techno scene over the past 5 years, Belocca received a wealth of support releasing on his own Mainground Music imprint and other esteemed techno labels, such as Filth On Acid, 23rd Century DGTL, Fe-Chrome and ALAULA. Spotify’s Techno Bunker and Electronic Rising playlists and Beatport and Traxsource charts regularly support! More recently he reinstated the Mainground Sessions Podcast, launched the Mainground Techno Sessions playlist and started hosting his own Mainground Sessions events in Budapest.
Belocca has firmly established himself as one of techno’s true tastemakers!
