Spin Off - Freaked Out

Spin Off is back and this one is for anyone who’s ever been properly freaked out on a dancefloor.

You know the feeling, when you’ve felt sober for the past 45 minutes but everything starts turning sideways? The bassline starts crawling the walls, the smoke starts talking to you and next thing you know you’re being abducted by a subwoofer.

‘Freaked Out’ lives right in that pocket.

It’s tense and twisted but still groovy. Spin Off leans into the weird side again, building a track that feels slightly unstable in all the right ways.

Allegedly the entire thing was written using a PS1 controller wired up to his nipples sending MIDI signals into his computer. We haven’t fact checked it because that would entail us watching some questionable video footage.

All we know is this one hits different.
