Dutch duo Capron make their Nothing Else Matters debut with the Downstairs EP, a sharp, groove-led package that showcases their signature blend of minimal house, tribal textures and funky, underground energy.

Already turning heads with releases on Hush, Too Many Rules and Sweatz Records, the Amsterdam pair continue their rise with their most refined work to date. Formed by Sil and Yazmani - one a keys player with deep musical roots, the other a long-time bassist and dedicated digger - Capron combine musicianship with a modern club sensibility. Their sound pulls heavily from ‘90s house, using tight percussion, rolling basslines and occasional standout vocals to inject bounce, colour and attitude.

With the Downstairs EP, Capron deliver a confident, dancefloor-focused statement that fits seamlessly into NEM’s forward-facing House catalogue. A duo firmly on the come-up.
