Fiddler - Above The Clouds

Hailing from Hungary we welcome Tibor Hegedus (Fiddler) to the Critical Elements family. Fiddler has had a close association with electronic music since he was 10 years old and has developed his unique sound into a robust, dark and textured delight, releasing on labels such as Batavia Records and Another Life Music.

As soon as we heard Above The Clouds, we knew within seconds we had to sign it. We're into Premier League deep and atmospheric warm-up here. The depth of the bass needs to be heard as well as felt, and with a dreamy twinkling synth layered softly over the top, it demands repeated listens. This is one to get the foot tapping and the head nodding.

In addition to the original, we welcome a remix from top dub techno artist Franky Carbon-e. Frankie takes the original and adds a splash of his signature driving dub-techno edge. This is a track suited to later in the night and a slightly higher bpm. We think either of these tracks will take you above the clouds, so it's over to you to test them out!
