Mac Milio - Banana Man

France has given the world croissants, champagne, the Eiffel Tower and now, for reasons we’re still trying to understand, Banana Man.

Mac Milio is back on Box of Cats with something considerably dirtier than his country’s usual exports. Banana Man sits right in that filthy little corner of bass house. Big stomping drums, gut rumbling low end and the kind of groove that would make AC Slater nod approvingly before asking what the fuck a Banana Man is and if he’s allowed near children.

What we do know is Mac has bloody nailed that weird middle ground between funky and filthy. Got swagger, got weight, got a suspicious amount of potassium and somehow manages to be both deeply unserious and properly dangerous at the same time.
