At once intimate and universal, My Free Heart is Shervin’s heartfelt plea against war and a call for peace across the Middle East. Produced by Grammy Award-winner Kipper Eldridge (Sting’s Brand New Day), the track showcases an international ensemble of collaborators:

Carl Young (Spearhead) on bass

Sakari Heikka on viola and shakuhachi flute

Eldridge himself on keys, as well as production and mixing

Together, they create a rich, genre-defying soundscape that carries Shervin’s haunting, silky vibrato — a voice praised for its ability to move and console in equal measure.
