Fabe's Salty Nuts label welcomes M-High for a new EP that includes a remix from French icon Dan Ghenacia.

M-High is the stage name of multi-instrumentalist house producer Marijn Schiedon from Amsterdam. His tasteful sound has taken him to vital labels like Locus, Rutilance, PIV and now Salty Nuts. He is a new school tastemaker and A&R for forward thinking house-music label PIV who shows his skills again here.

The Answer kicks off with slick electronic house grooves and daubs of bright cosmic colour. The vocals bring passion and steamy female soul and make this a fiery cut. It's been doing the rounds already for the last 6 months and been requested massively, so really has the potential to go to hit status.

L.T.B.C.Y.B. layers up the bubbling percussion and flashes of acid with driving drums. It's a tense and textured cut that makes an indelible mark.

Dan Ghenacia is a true underground legend who is one part of Apollonia and has shaped house music with various labels, solo releases and DJ sets all over the world. His version is a tripe one with sleek futuristic synths and smooth, loopy drums and icy hi hats.

Last of all, The Back Made Me Do It is a jostling broken beat cut with chords bringing the warmth and a killer bassline locking you in.

This is a forward thinking EP of house freshness from M-High.
