TENNANT - Don’t Hold Back

Dj and music producer TENNANT returns with his biggest release to date, delivering a powerful modern take on the legendary early-'90s rave classic "Don't Hold Back." Inspired by The Blapps Posse's seminal underground anthem, TENNANT injects fresh energy into the timeless vocal with pounding house grooves, euphoric stabs and festival-ready production. The original became a defining record of the UK's early rave movement after its 1990 release, blending breakbeat, hip- house and hardcore influences that still resonate with DJs today.

Built for today's dancefloors while paying tribute to the golden era of UK rave, TENNANT's version combines, rolling basslines and uplifting synths with the unmistakable attitude that made the original a warehouse favourite. "I've always loved the raw energy of early UK rave," says TENNANT. "The original 'Don't Hold Back' has that timeless spirit that still works today.

The result is a peak-time weapon that bridges generations of club culture capturing the spirit of the illegal warehouse parties of the early 1990s while delivering the polished production and impact expected from today's biggest dance records.
