Music For Dreams

Arto - Yo No Sé

Arto shares dreamy Latin-pop oddity ‘Yo No Sé’

The single comes off the Danish producer, singer and multi-instrumentalist’s latest project, described as a freewheeling mix of Latin and Caribbean folk sounds:

“The album was conceived during a two-week long high where everything felt open and possible.

I didn’t know exactly what I was doing, but I was following a feeling. I was filled with an ecstatic gratitude for life and wanted to make music that could lift everything and everyone.

Highlife, Samba and Calypso were swirling around in my head so the album became a mix of those vibes, created in a state of pure happiness and surrender.”

The album, titled Qué Vida Feliz, will be released next summer on Music For Dreams.

When Arto is not absorbed in quasi-spiritual genre-experimentations, he is producing songs for some of Denmark’s biggest pop names: Tobias Rahim, Andreas Odbjerg, Drew Sycamore, Gilli, Icekiid, Bbybites and Burhan G. Arto has previously released music under the moniker Yo Johnny.
