If you've never heard of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, you should look him up. He was the guy that brought meditation out of the east and to the west and well, I just absolutely love his POINT OF VIEW on everything.

Take, for example, criticism. He would use this analogy.

If you were at a dinner party, and the waiters were walking around serving dishes - on one plate there were delicious lentil burgers, and on another, succulent broccoli and cauliflower cheeseballs and then on a third plate, daggers pointing at you, what would you choose?

He would then go on to say that choosing to be affected by someone's criticism of you, would be like picking up the dagger at the dinner party and stabbing yourself with it. It's just their POINT OF VIEW and really, it's a reflection of their consciousness state - nothing more.

Everyone is entitled to their own POINT OF VIEW. But, not all POINT's of VIEW are created equally.

Which brings me to the inimitable, unstoppable force of nature that is KLP!!!

Yes, you may know her from her recent collabs with Kettama, Dj Heartstring, Matroda, Dombresky, Chaney... The list goes on... Or you may even know her from her years as a host on Triple J House Party, or her crazy busy dj tour that's taken her round the world and back or you may even know her as one of nicest, most talented artists going round today....

But well...brush all that aside because POINT OF VIEW is Kristy stepping into beast mode.... What started as a fun idea.... She shared a snippet on socials which had an overwhelming response… She just had to finish it... In fact... We at Sweat begged her to...
