Finally. With his long-awaited debut album, producer and sound visionary DOLPH presents an impressive journey through the genres - ranging from downtempo & electronica to trip hop. Everything bears his unmistakable signature: “Metahop - slow but steady”.

For DOLPH, music is spiritual practice; a constant reflection on life and its ever- changing nature. With the approach “More less. Less more”, he creates a sound that is both grounding and driving, emotionally moving and leaves space for reflection. Each moment tells its own story. The tracks have grown organically, like a mosaic. Some were started over a decade ago, others were only recently completed.

The message is: where there is light, there is also shadow, where there is movement, there is also stillness. Chaos is okay. DOLPH is a master at exploring contrasts musically and creating a flow: A tribute to the dance of opposites. To the power of music as a tool for healing and self-discovery, inspired by nature, philosophy, psychedelics and mysticism.

Parallel to this album release we are also launching the label of the same name, which is curated by Dolph and administered by us. Absolut Relativ will deal with themes from the classic downtempo as seen by Dolph, one of the old masters of the genre.
