Nikita Rising - Escape The Matrix EP - Re:Sound Music

Egyptian / American Nikita Rising has been building a solid reputation, due to her well crafted DJ sets at our Re:Sound Music & Friends parties and beyond. The Phoenix native states ‘Music not only inspires me daily, but it motivates me to create a unique experience each time I perform’.

For her debut EP, Nikita showcases her sound and direction across two club focused tracks. We kick off with ‘Open Your Mind’. Original vocals hop between English and Arabic, which bounce along with this quirky indie dance centric track.

‘Soul Contract’ switched gears, as the percussive driven, siren fueled rhythms cut back and forth. This captures the essence of those sweaty basement club moments where a smoke machine and a strobe is all that’s required for you to get lost in the moment.
