Russ Rich & Andy Allder’s bold new take on Prince’s deep cut “D.M.S.R.” (Dance Music Sex Romance) includes dynamic vocals by powerhouse LA-based singer/songwriter with 17 Top 20 Billboard Dance hits, Debby Holiday. “I wanted this track to be undeniable joy,” says Holiday. Embracing the spirit of the Purple One, she stacked layered vocals in a style reminiscent of Prince’s iconic sound (including a few of those signature screams) along with her own cheeky ad-libs. Holiday also brought in dynamic frontman/singer/songwriter Derek Day for backing vocals, and together they add a fresh flair that pays homage while creating something entirely new.

With plans to present a total remix package broken up into two parts, today’s release features the Extended, Club, and Tech House mixes remixed and produced masterfully by Rich & Allder themselves.
