One of my new years resolutions this year is to get back in the gym... how authentic & original haha

No but seriously... this year, like 99% of the population, I've decided to focus on learning how to 'WING IT' at the gym (wink wink)

Day 1 of winging it at the gym involved me entering the premise without a sweat towel (which invited a lot of eyeballs) then picking up a dumbbell that was clearly not meant for me & immediately realising that I needed help - preferably from gravity, a spotter or anyone willing to hold me down.... HOLD ME DOWN.
