DJ Drift Franklyn - Phambili

Afrosteria proudly presents the "Phambili" EP by DJ Drift Franklyn, bringing together an all–South African line-up of talent: Tsimo, Thus Man, and Lelo M. This two-track release showcases the richness and diversity of South Africa’s Afro tech scene, blending soulful vocals with deeper underground energy.

The title track, "Phambili" (DJ Drift Franklyn & Tsimo), is a vibrant Afro tech journey carried by Tsimo’s stunning voice, with deep synths and a rolling bassline that captivate both listeners and dancefloors. Uplifting yet powerful, it’s a track full of emotion and drive.

The second track, "Striker" (DJ Drift Franklyn & Thus Man feat. Lelo M), takes things into a darker Afro tech space, with hypnotic sounds, deep percussions, and a moody flow crafted for underground parties. The track closes with a touch of piano, adding unexpected emotional depth to its raw, club-focused energy.

With both tracks, the "Phambili" EP shines a spotlight on South Africa’s creative force in Afro tech, delivering music that’s powerful, soulful, and built to move.
