KickDr - Neema
KickDr, the alias of Duncan Evemy, releases his debut EP Neema on Moom Sound—a stunning blend of Afro House with elements of acid, breakbeat, and deep house.
Neema (meaning “Grace” in Swahili, Arabic, Persian, and Hebrew) marks KickDr’s return to music after retiring in 2022 due to a career-ending injury. Having spent the 90s immersed in Europe’s club scene, Duncan’s journey has taken him from dancing at The Hacienda to producing diverse sounds, from Afro House to techno, jazz, and beyond.
