Dosem - Momental - Houstrike
Dosem’s Momental marks ten years of Houstrike, tracing its evolution from a personal outlet into a shared space shaped by a community of listeners and artists drawn to a darker, sci-fi-inspired and energetic vision of progressive music.
What began as instinct gradually became a collective language, rooted in forward motion yet charged with echoes of acid house, big beat and the raw euphoria of dancefloors at their peak. Retrofuturistic in spirit, intense yet expansive, the EP embraces that lineage while allowing it to exist fully in the present, not as nostalgia, but as a reimagined and contemporary reflection of a 90s mindset.
Momental is about remaining inside the moment where sound, movement and emotion align, where time loosens its grip and the dancefloor becomes a shared state of focus and release. It stands as the opening statement of Houstrike’s next sonic chapter, unfolding now.

At its core, Houstrike is a label that will exclusively focus on releasing Dosem’s own work, as well as a place for others to collaborate with him and remix his own originals, creating something of a Dosem-themed music lab, exploring a wider spectrum of electronic music genres beyond club music.
What matters most to Dosem are the mantras and values of the label. Both soul and passion are key to the project, from the music itself, through all the visual layouts. The ascending line represents the connection between mental and emotional states. His first EP “Untold Stories” is the calling card to a label where the link between sound and image are the key of a soundtrack made to listen, feel and dance.
