Platinum City - The Best Of Pt. 1

Platinum City is one of Phil Rose’s aliases — the same Phil Rose behind Jaegerossa, Blonde Boys Orphanage, The Love Doves and Do It Anyway Records. It’s been a big year for Phil, with a season in Ibiza playing regular gigs at 528 and Pikes, a Swiss residency alongside Claptone and Horse Meat Disco, an overall Traxsource No. 1 with Blonde Boys Orphanage, and a global hit with “Shining!”. Now it’s time to head back into the archives and pull out some Platinum City gems.

“Change” leads the way, revisited and remastered for 2026 — tighter, punchier and ready for the dancefloor, with the original included for the purists. Dr Packer’s remix of “Enchanted” follows, bringing that warm low end and rolling disco swing he does so well. “Holy Spirit” and “Rise” round things out.

Proper gems from the archive, brought back to life for a new generation of dancefloors.

A longtime partner-in-crime at the iconic Midnight Riot label, Phil cut his teeth alongside the legendary Andy Williams (Yam Who?), learning from one of the best in the business.

Following Andy's untimely passing in 2025, Phil joined forces with co-owners John Morales and Rhett Hill alongside Graham Audiowhores Lord (Label Manager) to launch D.I.A is a label built on legacy, passion, and fearless creativity.

From underground house to disco, gospel to funk, soulful edits to floor-filling anthems, D.I.A is dedicated to championing both emerging talent and established legends. It's more than a label it's a movement. Do It Anyway.
