ALADAG - Surreality EP

After two standout records on Diynamic, Aladag returns for the hattrick - here is „Surreality EP“.
Opening track „No One“ is an absolute heart-breaker - perfect end-of-summer vibes created by balancing happy piano chords and super melancholic string arrangements. You can really catch a glimpse into Aladag’s soul on this one. „Beautiful“ starts out as a jazzy but minimalistic tune that suddenly takes you by surprise in the break - and the mysterious 90s piano notes do the rest. The vibe on „Weit“ seemingly takes inspiration from Dark Wave and electronic Post Punk, but with an Aladag twist on it.
And finally, title track „Surreality“ is exactly what it promises: bonkers acid waves and otherworldly electrified vocal bits over a hypnotically honest kick-clap-kick. And for all the steppers, Aladag added a 145BPM sped-up version of „No One“ - rave on!
