Oddly Godly – SERENITY [BREAK ROOM Records]

Oddly Godly is ready to disturb the peace as he pulls back up to Break ROOM to drop his new single "SERENITY," marking his first solo outing with the label after his recent ddebut.

US-based producer Oddly Godly is a devout believer in bass music, known for his cutting-edge trap, dubstep and drum & bass creations that always feel like they came from the hands of a higher power. "SERENITY" is a trap cut that maintains a calm and collected composure, even as it breaks into bedlam of biblical proportions. It eases into the frame with striking humming vocalizations and ethereal pads that provide a feeling of tranquility. Sharp drum beats rob the piece of its peacefulness through thudding sub-bass, piercing percussive clanks, distorted low-end, and hyped vocal chops, all of which weave in and out of the heavenly hardwave melodic sections. The release follows his previous "Close" collab alongside Malixe, which received radio support from Alison Wonderland and Don Diablo.
