Andrew Rayel and Daijo – On Fire [Dreamstate Records]

Andrew Rayel and Daijo release their new single "On Fire" via Dreamstate Records.

Based in Chișinău, Andrew Rayel has solidified his status as the hottest export from Moldova's electronic music scene. The classically trained pianist and composer's cinematic-infused take on trance and progressive has come to life across four studio albums since 2014. Vancouver-based Daijo is a Persian-Canadian producer celebrated for his emotionally-resonant, cinematic productions spanning melodic techno, house, and progressive. They are releasing their new single via Dreamstate Records.

"On Fire" is a vocal-led trance single fueled by their shared affinity for suspenseful, symphonic soundscapes. At the core of the collab is a poignant topline capturing the sensation of being engulfed by love's proverbial flames. Thumping kicks and rolling low-end rumble beneath the haunting delivery, while driving percussion blazes a trail into epic synth progressions, oscillating vox, growling sub-bass, rippling textures, and melancholic melodic leads. Andrew previously graced the label with his single "Rave Angel" last September, earning radio support from Armin van Buuren, MarLo, XiJaro and Pitch, Nifra, JES, Alchimyst, Myni8hte.
