Ohmirus - Listen to Charlie (Ohm Hourani, Mirus, Flabbergast, Flavio Folco, Eviltapes)
A collaboration between Jordanian-born Montreal resident Ohm Hourani and Norwegian/Lebanese, Barcelona-based Mirus.
OHM HOURANI continues to challenge his understanding of sound. Alongside his innovative studio work, the Montreal-based artist embraces the intricate relationship between technology and electronic music.
His record label ANOMA is dedicated to the distribution of minimalistic, distinctive sounds kissed with a jazzy flair.
indigo raw’s MIRUS & OHM connected through Mutek festivals some years ago and has since then become good friends. In-between studio jams in Montreal & Barcelona resulted in the two original tracks and have a minimalist yet bouncy feel.
A huge thanks to our dear friends on remix duty, some pretty special characters, and musicians. Featuring: Flabbergast (Vincent Lemieux & Guillaume Coutu Dumont) , Flavio Folco, and Eviltapes, all putting their personal touch on the originals.
