Sampson & Dakeyne - Red Sky - Terpsichord
Industry long-term DJ/Producer and studio engineer, Paul Dakeyne teams up with talented UK guitarist James Sampson taking a respectful nod to an early 90s Italo-Prog/House classic. Expanded and reimagined, 'Red Sky' is an epic and cinematic journey exploring new soundscapes and performance styles where sonically-manipulated guitars meet flutes, synths and drum machines. Uplifting, energising and spectacular!

Established and respected DJ/Music Producer/Artist, Paul Dakeyne lands his newly refreshed 'Terpsichord' label and production persona. Originally formed in the late 90s/early 00s (as an Artist, Label, Event [Heaven, London]) to represent Paul's harder, more tech/progressive side of his electronic music creation, immediate underground success ensued when Paul Van Dyk dropped/mixed two copies of Terpsichord's first release 'The Bells' on the BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix (live from Home in London). Cream Records immediately signed the track (which went on to be called, by DJ/Artist Timo Maas, "the best record Cream had released to that date"). The track also gained notoriety by being included on EA Games massive 'FIFA 2002' game.
Fast-forward to 2024 and Terpsichord relaunches with its inception release, reborn and reinterpreted by UK based electronic music artist, Matt Epicentre. ‘The Bells’ is a slice of progressive tinged, but tech-driven dancefloor mayhem – melodic, powerful and magnificently uplifting!
