Klo – Hold Back [Gotta Move Records]

Klo runs back up to Insomniac's Gotta Move Records with her sophomore single, "Hold Back," a proper chunk of 140 created as a way for her to hit the reset button during her explosive sets.

Based in LA, Klo is a producer whose name has been spreading like wildfire within the underground club scene, generating a buzz from viral edits, bootlegs, flips and original tracks across the 140 and UK bass spectrum. She returns to Insomniac's Gotta Move label to release her sophomore single.

"Hold Back" is a 140 track she set out to make as a palate cleanser that turns minimalism and restraint into a tool to reset the room. Snappy percs and murky textures layer with ill-mannered grime vocal chops, creating a thick cinematic tension that implodes into sharp halftime drums, throaty wub oscillations, and droning tones sending the suspense out of control. It follows her label debut "SAY SOMETHING" from December, which drew radio support from Noisia, Zeds Dead, LUMBERJVCK, and more.
