Good Knights – Ghost [Gotta Move Records]

Good Knights kicks off their new project with its first single "Ghost," a high octane garage-infused track arriving by way of Insomniac's Gotta Move label.

US-based producer/songwriter Aukoustics is joining forces with LA-based guitarist, singer-songwriter, and poet Dana Williams to launch their new collaborative project Good Knights—an alt-dance act providing armor for authentic human nature amidst the advent of AI and the digital age. They are kicking off the venture with their new single via Insomniac's recently formed Gotta Move label.

"Ghost" is a moody UKG and speed house hybrid that works around an interpolation of British pop artist Ella Henderson's folk-infused song of the same name. The track provides a future retro appeal to the soulful topline, pitching up the haunting hook with rippling dub-siren leads, crunchy distorted basslines, plucky synth sequences and a punchy groove.
