Monty Kiddo - Upside Down

Hailing from the vibrant city of Chicago, Monty Kiddo draws his creative influences from a rich tapestry of genres spanning disco, funk, UKG, and, of course, the foundational house sound. With a burgeoning reputation in the city's thriving house music scene, Monty Kiddo has emerged as a respected and highly sought-after figure.

We are delighted to welcome him to the Brobot family with his debut release, aptly titled ‘Upside Down’. The DJ/Producer is poised to make a substantial impact in 2024 with a series of upcoming releases that promise to captivate listeners.

While his journey in music production and DJing began in 2017, Monty's involvement in the local scene and live performances commenced in 2021, performing under his legal name, Cody Kirby. His undeniable skill and unwavering passion for the craft quickly became apparent, winning over audiences with his infectious energy and exceptional vibe curation. This led to coveted bookings where he had the honor of supporting industry trailblazers like Chromeo and SG Lewis.

Monty Kiddo’s ‘Upside Down,’ is set for release on all DSPs Friday, November 10th, 2023 via Brobot Records.
