Fresh after their recent Top 10 success Uniting Souls Music present yet another ground-breaking EP, this time from Hamza Rahimtula. The label owner of the renowned Wind Horse Records (India) draws inspiration through his global travels with influences from artists such as; Terry Francis, Dave Mothersole & Danny Tenaglia to name a few.
Combining Deep, Tribal & strong World Music sounds is what Hamza does best… and this project really emphasises that.

We begin with “Kalimba Tech” - a beautiful blend of uplifting sounds / FX mixed with the driving force that makes up a good Tech House track. A solid, chunky, kick booms through and is sure to test the limits of any speaker. The overall feel of this track takes a different turn when the Kalimba sequence pokes its way through…

Moving forward it’s a sharp clap that is the first thing that snaps you into the groove of “Kenzoo” & shortly after you are introduced to a twisted bassline that will go on to make up the core structure of this banger! A subtle taste of Techno here blends in once again with layers of luscious effects & what sounds like a choir all coming together to make this dreamscape come to life.

Finally, it’s the heavy hitting from the very first second “Shang Shung” showing that Hamza is an unstoppable power house when it comes to serious Dance Music production. It’s excellent to hear the use of a neatly & cleanly programmed 303, creating a continuous Acid journey that you never want to end. The breakdown / build up is wicked & this is sure to rock floors all over. We would say this track has arrived in perfect time ready for Halloween!
