Baxter Dury - Return of the Sharp Heads
'Allbarone' producer Paul Epworth takes a journey right through the middle of 'Return of the Sharp Heads' and delivers a classic 12" extended remix that adds a whole load of echoing dub to create a relentless dance floor groove made up of madly addictive bassline and a gloriously languid disco rhythm track. By the time Baxter's voice comes in, this beauty has really reached sharp headed heaven.
Baxter Dury on Return of the Sharp Heads - “Sharp Heads is an abstract subconscious rant, criticising anyone that is from Shoreditch or thereabouts, as I talk from my ivory tower in West London. In that process emerges my own character. It doesn't always make sense but it makes sense to me.”
'Return of the Sharp Heads' - features vocals from JGrrey and is taken from the forthcoming studio album 'Allbarone' which will be released on Heavenly Recordings on September 12th 2025.
Baxter will be heading on the road to UK & Europe, including headlining his biggest show yet at London’s Eventim Apollo on November 22nd 2025.
