Deer Jade - Space Dance

Deer Jade makes a welcome return to Get Physical Music with her new ‘Space Dance EP’, following her 2023 appearance on the label with a remix for Niv Ast. The Swiss-born, French-based DJ and producer has steadily built an international profile through her energetic performances and distinctive musical identity, bringing her sound to major festivals and clubs around the world.

The title track ‘Space Dance’ lives up to its name as a driving Indie Dance cut built around an arpeggiated bass sequence that runs throughout the track, forming its hypnotic backbone. Layer by layer, cosmic disco-inspired synth textures unfold, adding colour and movement while a simple but effective vocal hook, “Space Dance”, anchors the track and gives it an instantly memorable identity. On the flip side, ‘All Night’ moves into slightly more house-driven territory. A groovy beat and chopped vocal sample set the tone, joined by a classic piano theme that brings a timeless house feel into the mix.
