Marysia Osu
harp, beats & dreams reworks
Released digitally on August 1st via Brownswood Recordings

Visionary harpist and producer Marysia Osu Releases new remix EP 'harp, beats & dreams reworks' on Brownswood Recordings available on all major streaming platforms. Featuring remixes from Anja Ngozi, K-Lone, Commodo and more.

A reimagining of Osu’s acclaimed harp, beats & dreams EP, this new collection brings together a dynamic group of forward-thinking producers to reinterpret her genre-blurring compositions. Spanning ambient textures, chill electronics, and jazz-inflected experimental beats, each remix offers a unique take on Osu’s intricate soundworlds.

London-born producer, DJ, and label-head K-Lone brings his signature genre-bending touch to the track “Meditations,” pushing it further into ambient and ethereal territory. Other contributions come from boundary-pushing artists including Anja Ngozi, Kibir La Amlak and Commodo, each adding their own distinctive perspective to Osu’s work.

The EP includes the previously released single, “care to care (feat. Plumm) – Oliver Palfreyman rework,” a lush, spacious reinterpretation of the original ambient jazz track, blending Osu’s delicate harp lines with Palfreyman’s atmospheric production and Plumm’s emotive vocal performance.

Speaking about the project, Osu says:

“The remixes of harp, beats & dreams are coming out soon, all made by artists whose music I love and have been listening to for a long time. There’s a big variety in styles and vibes, and they’re all quite different from each other.”

With harp, beats & dreams reworks, Marysia Osu continues to expand the possibilities of harp-led music, inviting listeners on a transcendent journey through reimagined soundscapes.
