Rollover DJs - Free To Love feat. David Blank

Rollover DJs return with a powerful new EP that pays homage to the vibrant New York sound of the mid-80s. Out on December 16th, 2025, the release features two tracks that fuse raw groove, soulful attitude and contemporary club energy.

The original track sees the Rollover DJs teaming up with producer Lorenzo Morresi and an exceptional cast of musicians: Saturnino on bass and Gianluca Petrella on horns, adding depth, warmth and a timeless live feel. The soulful and magnetic voice of David Blank elevates the track into a modern street-soul anthem with a clear nod to downtown NYC culture.

On the flip, the EP includes a standout remix by Whodamanny & Orion Agassi, who reinterpret the track through their unmistakable analog-driven, cosmic-funk approach—enriching it with synth lines and atmospheric pads reminiscent of classic Frankie Knuckles productions, pushing the NY inspiration even further.

With its blend of live instrumentation, club DNA and mid-80s Manhattan vibes, this new project reaffirms Rollover DJs’ passion for bridging eras, sounds and creative communities.
