System 97 - In My Head EP [SAWH207]

For the second release of the year we welcome a newcomer on the label called System 97 and his four electrifying tunes that promise to set dancefloors ablaze!

We start off with 'In My Head' - a hypnotic journey into the subconscious, where pounding basslines and intricate percussion meet haunting synth textures. This track channels introspection into pure, danceable power and set’s the release off on exactly the right note.

Next up is 'Splitter' - a high-octane assault of fractured beats and relentless energy, guaranteed to leave listeners breathless and shows that our new comer on the label is one to look out for.

The third - 'Old Flow' pays homage to the golden era of groove, blending timeless techno influences with a fresh, modern edge. A perfect balance of nostalgia and innovation and showing us instantly what our new member of the label is made of.

'Pleasure Note' wraps the release up with a sensual exploration of rhythm, this track delivers infectious grooves and euphoric builds, evoking a heady mix of intensity and release while still hinting back to the early techno days with short oldskool stabs.

Enjoy
