Witty Tunes welcomes one of Romania’s leading figures in the House music scene as Vizan makes his label debut with Carnival EP, a two-track release bringing together warm summer grooves and darker, club-focused energy.

Vizan has built a strong reputation both behind the decks and in the studio, becoming a familiar name across the international House and Tech House circuit. His festival appearances include Sunwaves, Untold, Neversea, as well as multiple editions of the iconic BPM Festival in South America. His performance history also includes major party brands such as Music On, No Art and Sunwaves Ibiza, alongside a memorable appearance at Savaya Bali.

Over the years, Vizan has shared stages with some of the biggest names in the scene, including Marco Carola, ANOTR, Paco Osuna, Luciano, Dennis Cruz, Miguel and Tons or Priku, further establishing his position as one of Romania’s standout underground talents.

The EP opens with “Phonk,” a warm and percussive House cut with a distinctly summery character. Built around a rolling groove and infectious rhythmic details, the track finds its identity in a seductive piano hook that gives the production an instantly memorable feel. It’s smooth, playful and designed for those long summer sessions when the groove needs to do the talking.

On the flip side, “Double C” takes a darker and more club-oriented approach. Heavy basslines provide the foundation while a catchy Hip-Hop-inspired vocal adds attitude and character to the production. More stripped-back and heads-down than the opener, it’s built for late-night dancefloors and moments when the energy needs to shift up a gear.

With Carnival EP, Vizan delivers two sides of his sound — from sun-soaked percussive House to darker, bass-heavy club pressure. Two tracks, two moods, one unmistakably Witty Tunes groove.
