Hemi - Do We, Bring It Here

One of Turkey's most reputed electronic music artists, Hemi returns with a bold new EP called “Do We, Bring It Here”, created in collaboration with acclaimed Ede and Johannes Albert. Out now via Petra Recordings, the release marks an exciting textures of dynamic deep house grooves!
Continuing to be a force to be reckoned with this summer is the prolific Petra Recordings label, six slabs of heat marking number 46 on the label - “Do We, Bring It Here”. At the controls they have Istanbul based producer, Hemi, with one original mix, one raw mix, followed by stellar remixes from Berlin based artists; Ede and Johannes Albert.

EP opener “Do We, Bring It Here (Original Mix)” is a shimmering sunset trip, the uplifting synths creating a distinctive atmosphere as the deep house drums cruise you deep the night. Raw Mix track is an exploration of pure bliss, the elastic chord line creates ainton irresistible groove in combination with the tight drum work from Hemi. These originals are a bubbling and hazy journey, light on its feet, and cool to the touch.

Offering up Ede's remix is a sleek and transcending outtake of the original. Also, it serves up his interpretation of the title track, maintaining the similar energy of the original in terms of depth, combined with his signature warm groove. Johannes Albert's remix drops on its head bringing pacey house drums to his version, definitely one for the club room!
