SQWAD – Take Control [NIGHTMODE]

SQWAD asserts their authority over low-end with their new single "Take Control," a full-throttle house track arriving by way of NIGHTMODE.

Toulouse-based duo SQWAD is a two-man team from France operating in a league of their own. Led by the team captains Etienne and Antoine, the ever-evolving project has spent the last decade rallying around its penchant for football (soccer), club culture, and highly agile grooves. They are returning to NIGHTMODE to release their sophomore single.

"Take Control" is a house track that connects directly at the strike zone. Aimed at peak-time, this tech-infused cut showcases their elite accuracy and precision, with commanding female hip-hop vocals taking the attacking role. Hefty supersaw leads and chunky basslines create forward motion above thunderous one-shots and squelchy textures, achieving the optimal mix of strength and efficiency. It arrives after their 2022 label debut with the single "Dream," which was part of the 'NIGHT DRIVE' compilation album
