Liam Mockridge is not your typical artist. Toronto-born, Berlin-based, birthed from Canadian-Italian parents, Liam grew up in a family of actors with five older brothers including Actor/Director/friend of Soul Clap Nick Mockridge and German Comedy Award-winning stand-up comic, Luke Mockridge. When Soul Clap first crossed paths with Liam, he was snuck in underage at one of the Claps gigs at Berlin’s Wilde Renate. Even back then Liam’s charismatic friendly spirit was undeniable, but little did we know his musical journey that had begun at just 12 years old was already well underway.

These days 23-year-old producer, DJ, and recording artist Liam Mockridge is on track to become Berlin’s, Mark Ronson! Having worked with artists like Friedrich Liechtenstein, Ace Tee, and Life on Planets, Liam brings a youthful funk and tender soul into the contemporary music scene.

In February, we released his debut album “Goodie Bag” on Soul Clap Records. A true portrayal of Liam’s production talent and vocal groove, the album so aptly explores a musical landscape that hits the sweet spot between lounging and partying. Goodie Bag has got it all, funk, pop, R&B, hip-hop, house all blended together with Liam’s infectious energy.
