Elias R - Iba Kenichi EP [Kenja]

**RADIO EMBARGO TILL 6TH NOVEMBER, THANK YOU**

Kenja Records welcomes Elias R to the label with ‘Iba Kenichi EP’, a three-track release landing on Ronnie Spiteri’s imprint. With previous releases on Moodchild, Circus and Nervous, Elias R has continued to build his presence across the underground, earning support from the likes of The Martinez Brothers, Dubfire, Manda Moor and Prunk.

Leading the EP, ‘Iba Kenichi’ is a hypnotic minimal house cut built around a steady, driving rhythm, with rhythmic Japanese vocal chants adding a distinctive edge to its stripped-back groove. ‘Say Want It’ follows a similarly groove-led direction, maintaining the EP’s rolling energy, while ‘Saffron’ takes a more minimal approach, drawing listeners into a deeper, hypnotic sound through subtle textures and understated production.

Bringing together three cuts rooted in stripped-back grooves and hypnotic rhythms, ‘Iba Kenichi EP’ showcases Elias R’s versatility
