Chaim - Phoenix Rising Feat. Mads - Maccabi House

Maccabi House proudly welcomes Chaim for his debut on the label with “Phoenix Rising”. A deeply personal and transformative work from one of electronic music’s long-standing voices. Known for his releases on B Pitch Control, Saved Records, and as the founder of Blue Shadows, Chaim arrives with a record shaped not by concept, but by lived experience.

Written during a period of real emotional and mental challenge, “Phoenix Rising” carries a lot of symbolism. The phoenix emerges naturally falling with the weight of uncertainty, and slowly finding a way forward. The track became a private process, a way to move through confusion and pressure without dramatizing it.

Musically, the record unfolds as a journey in three movements. It begins in spacious stillness, the ashes before ignition, where atmosphere and tension gently form. The groove then rises steadily, low-end tightening and harmonic layers opening without force. By the final phase, the track resolves into a state of controlled elevation: not explosive, but earned like a transformation through motion.

Warm kicks, smooth subs, and restrained percussion give the groove a breathing quality, while emotional chords and evolving pads carry the narrative. The melodic language is reflective and cinematic, moving from subtle melancholy toward resolution, bridging shadow and light.

“Phoenix Rising” embodies growth, renewal, and emotional resilience. A record of quiet power that lives between introspection and hope. Designed for late-night pivots, sunrise moments, and storytelling sets, it connects darker depths with the promise of forward motion.

With this release, Chaim brings lived truth into sound. An honest, grounded addition to the evolving world of Maccabi House.
