NYC80'S
Raised in Yonkers NY, NYC80'S became a DJ in 1979, purchasing his first set of Technics 1800 TT, Gemini mixer followed by his first albums Earth Wind and Fire & Bootsy Collins.

He would come home from school and practice all evening on my mixing then I began purchasing more vinyl in 12” format and remember counting the BPMs with a second hand watch for 30 seconds and multiplying by 2 for my BPM.

Loving NYC free-style sounds, Latin House & House Music. got my 1st residency in 1981 @ Chubbies Night Club until 1985, lighting up the crowd until 4am then hitting the FunHouse to dance to the sounds of NYC legend DJ JellyBean Benitez.
The summer of 1985 I joined the US Army followed by a 15yr career I sold all equipment and vinyl in 1995 while serving in South Korea, but never lost the passion for DJing or Music.

Now simply coming back in the music scene after 22yrs. Producing & Mixing on Pioneer CDJ-NXS2's, Reloop 8000's, A&H 43C, AKAI LPD8, Novation LC XL, Novation LaunchPad Pro, and Ableton L-10.
Attended Ibiza Music Production Academy @ Ibiza, September 2018, with mentoring by Danny Savage, DJ/Producer Doorly, Ableton certified expert Mark Burnett, Hauswerks- DJ/Producer Colin Barratt, and S-Man Roger Sanchez.
While there he played at Ibiza Rocks Bar and met numerous DJs from across the pond.

Currently continuing to work on new music tracks & mix sessions and playing House music gigs in the Phoenix area.

Dancing Divaz were one of the biggest remixers of the mid 1990’s with over 65 remixes, 20 accredited top 40’s for the artist concerned the only mix a dj headed for on a released Package was the mix by Dancing Divaz !
Remixing for the likes of Queen, Prince, Baby D, Dana Dawson, Technotronic, Hed Boys , Grace , and every record label from Emi, Warners, Positiva , XL , Sony and many more !

With New Remixes and Releases over the last 18 months for Todd Terry's InHouse label , and Kenny Dope , Junior Sanchez , Dancing Divaz are well and truly back !
