AG – Cosmic Surfin [Discovery Project Records]

AG makes his debut appearance on Insomniac's Discovery Project Records label with his new single "Cosmic Surfin," a wonky dubstep track laced up with some West Coast flavor.

Based out of Boston, AG is a bubbling bass music artist that has been sharpening his production chops for more than a decade, making tracks that find a flow state between the worlds of hip-hop and dubstep. He's making his debut on Insomniac's Discovery Project Records label with his new single. "Cosmic Surfin" is a wonky dubstep track encapsulating the carefree energy of existing in the moment. Backed by West Coast rap vocals about staying locked in with the crew, surfer-style guitar plucks and hazy hip-hop beats cruise in with a nonchalant vibe before getting swept by a tide of trunk-rattling, womp-heavy sawtooth sequences.

The track was the winning submission for the Discovery Project DJ / producer competition hosted for Electric Forest, handpicked by DP alum and guest judge AHEE.
