Poesie Musik, a joint venture between Get Physical Music & Modernsoul, started in 2012 with its very frst EP released in October. During that time a whole new generation of young producers and DJs started to take over the music scene. Poesie Musik was founded as a new platform to discover these talents. In 2012 the label was focused on discovering young artsts with unsigned hits on YouTube. Through this intention artsts like Wankelmut, Nils Hofmann, Finnebassen, Mees Dierdorp, Fynn and many more found their way to Poesie Musik. In 2018 the label slightly changed its musical directon to melodic & progressive housemusic and got new attention from the younger scene.
