SABAI and Linney - Are You Happy Now (Haus of Panda Remix) [Lost In Dreams Records]

Haus of Panda is next up on deck to put his own twist on SABAI and Linney's cinematic, melodic bass single "Are You Happy Now," which first surfaced on Lost in Dreams Records at the end of last year.

Hailing from Winnipeg, Haus of Panda is a Canadian producer whose natural habitat is the speed house sphere, transforming his background in hard house to shape a rave movement fueled by bassline, bass house and garage. He's blitzing in with a remix of last year's single from Vancouver-based producer SABAI and LA-based lauded songstress and producer, Linney, released via Lost in Dreams Records.

His rework of "Are You Happy Now" reframes the scorned sentiments from the cinematic melodic bass song into something more heart-racing. Linney's vocals are given the grace to contemplate the empty space where love once stood; only her rhetorical refrain now rings out above a flurry of high velocity sequences fueled by rumbling low-end, haunting pads, and orchestral builds that kick into overdrive via galloping basslines, climbing arpeggios and darting rave leads. It arrives after a string of remixes including takes from label regulars Highlnd and CloudNone, as well as a special acoustic rendition from the original creators themselves..
