Lost In Dreams is starting the summer off strong with the latest installment of their much-loved ‘Gateway’ compilation series. Volume 6 packs in eight unique tracks across a multitude of genres and sounds. The project features new music from DEEROCK & Jake Neumar, Dead Rose & She Is Jules, Julian, Salvo, Kronus, Conrad, Ryan Case, and So Dope.

Deepening the theme of reflection comes the overthinking anthem “Story Of My Life” from San Diego artist Kronus. Despair and doubt are interspersed with newfound hope and an undeniable love for life, taking listeners on a rollercoaster ride. Korean-American producer Conrad mixes a myriad of sounds from indie to pop and bass on “Lightspeed.” There’s a playful and fun-filled core that runs through the track, simulating the butterflies of young love.

From Ibzia to Mykonos and Tulum, Ryan Case’s “SAVE ME” is a beach club anthem that is destined to heat up the summer. The driving four-on-floor framework gives it an instant groove while smooth basslines emphasize the vibe. Bringing the stacked compilation to a close comes the infectious bop, “NotTheOne” from rising talent So Dope. Built around a yearning guitar riff, there’s a seductive undertone that is balanced against the more powerful feelings of pain. An R&B-inspired vocal anchors the track, giving it a sense of nostalgia and waves of emotion.
