A big fan of sampling, Mia began Spaghetti Moretti Records with a debut EP showcasing the women from Colombia’s Bullerengue scene, she has gone on to spotlight forgotten house icons such as Baltimore’s Vonita White as well as feature leading scenesters such as DJ Sneak, Cut Chemist and more, finding high-profile fans from Sam Devine, David Morales and Danny Tenaglia.

Chunky drums, catchy pianos and a deadly groove, ‘Desire’ sees Moretti simplifying her sound while leaning into her classic house upbringing. Smart, sassy vocal chops and familial warm bass take you straight back to warehouse parties a la Larry Levan and David Mancuso to Knuckles and Morales early days.
