Coming as one of two singles to be taken from Natalie Slade's Sampology produced album Molasses, Unquenchable Craving is an excellent slab of Australian neo-soul which highlights very well the album it is taken from.
With Sampology's production complementing Natalie's distinctive vocal style, Unquenchable Craving is a track where a heavy bass line and an infectious drum break laying the ground work for keys and vocals to interweave in a fusion of future soul, jazz and folk.
As well as Sampology on production duties the album, Molasses, also features additional production from Dan Kye along with The Dieyoungs on keys and Laneous on guitar to create an album which blends Antipodean and UK talent in a glorious ten track future soul feast.
With 'Molasses' releasing as a vinyl and digital 'Unquenchable Craving 'is an excellent showcase for the album and a compelling stand alone track in its own right.
