HANA2K - Pretty Enough

Music isn’t just a play button, nor is it meant to be a paint by numbers experience, and artists even twice HANA2K’s young age of just 18 still struggle with that concept of individuality. Her new single, Pretty Enough, cheekily challenges the need to throw away the mould of what a popstar should be in 2018 and points the finger directly at unasked for comments on social media.. To date HANA2K has released two songs online, Too Close & Jealousy, which also feature her introspective story writing in her lyrics, whether it being not being able to take that next step with a friend on Too Close, or on Jealousy, where she focuses on the question; Why do some girls compete with each other? It’s at its rawest observations Hana provides we see an incredibly honest writer who, when adding the layers of extrovert production she’s brave enough to explore, you get somebody not scared to be daring & therefore different from her contemporaries.
