Tony has been hosting his show on Centreforce for years now, so it felt natural to sign this new number to their fledgling label

The boys join forces with Lucy Clarke who Grant has known for yonks and worked with before, to cook up Block Me Out, a tasty vocal heater primed to take you right through Summer

Lucy Clarke has this to say on her inspiration for the song:
"'Block Me Out' is about false promises made & the complications of a relationship. In a world where actions mean everything, and words mean nothing I'm just saying it out loud. Saying what a lot of us are thinking when we're left on our own and feel forgotten in this all too disposable society. We all like and want to keep our expectations high, but we need the actions to help maintain that. A real show of what so many of us go through on a day to day basis, sewn up with a catchy upbeat summer melody. Sure to stick in your head, like those promises!"
