82J6 - Wake Song

82J6 brings soulful vocals and serious low-end weight to Moodmusic with Wake Song, a new single inspired by minimal house. Drawing on a longstanding career in the minimal and deep scene, the track captures the balance at the heart of 82J6’s sound: stripped-back grooves, warmth and a heavy bass foundation.

With releases on Cadenza, AVOTRE and Definitive Recordings, as well as previous outings on Moodmusic, 82J6 brings an established underground pedigree to the release. Wake Song channels those roots into a vocal-led tune that balances soul with dancefloor weight.

Joining the package is Fausto Messina, whose catalogue includes releases on Cadenza, Diynamic and Wir. His remix brings another experienced voice from the underground house scene to the single, offering a fresh perspective on the original.
