BOUNDARY-BREAKING DJ & PRODUCER HANNAH LAING RELEASES "INTO THE DOOF" EP

Boundary-breaking DJ and producer Hannah Laing unleashes her new EP "Into The Doof." The project marks a shift into a darker sonic direction as Hannah serves six cuts of direct-to-dancefloor weaponry.

High-octane, peak-time heater "Tell Me" ft. Fairground opens the project. Laced with siren-like, ethereal vocal samples, the euphoria-inducing cut slaps with pummeling intensity. Warehouse-primed club record "I Need It More" is next; with The Guardian calling it a “malevolent new banger”, the hypnotic cut traverses through hard house, trance and techno. New single "Ibizacore" transports listeners to the White Isle, with its rapturous vocal samples calling “All night long I wanna move with you” rolling over the unrelenting bassline. The uplifting cut is BBC Radio 1’s Jack Saunders Hottest Record.

Surging with constant adrenaline, the hypnotic "Stay" is a potent blend of soulful vocals from emerging singer Jem Cooke with bassline grit to make the track soar. Bouncing cut "Poppin" fizzes with a sense of ecstasy. Closing the EP is Hannah’s exclusive "Doof Mix" of recent high-tempo drop "Bouncing Ball." Hannah serves up her take on the track, taking it from peak time to a chugging late-night belter.

Speaking on "Into The Doof", Hannah said - “I got together with some of my favourite writers and producers at a camp in Glasgow last year and we had such an incredible 3 days of making music and really pushing my sound and that’s what you hear on this EP. This EP really represents me, my DJ sets and where I’m at as an artist right now, so I hope you like.”
